The D-2 is a cleanroom sponge cloth, which is superbly suited for wet mopping and high absorption of fluids. The structure of the material allows to clean any form of a workpiece, without releasing particles. The material is heat resistant up to 60°C.
The integral structure of the sponge cloth is absolutely lint-free, wear-resistant and offers a very good absorption of liquids. The micro pores support efficient cleaning of the surfaces. It is ecologically because it is washable and reusable and therefore reducing waste.
Eminently suitable for washing hard disks and silicon wafers. Upon delivery, the sponge cloths are dry/hard and should be softened with DI water before use to give the material its suppleness.
